Umm.. has anyone seen/heard from Arklahoma? It looks like she's been MIA these past couple of months. How is she doing?

Hi everyone!
I have restarted MF on 11/6/06 and have lost 21 lbs. I find everyone here quite encouraging.

Been having trouble posting in the forum so this is a test to see what happens!

Do you think that one bar per day slows the weightloss process down?

I read a post where one member mainly drinks the shakes (no bars) and with a lean meal. Her weightloss is phenomenal.

I have been on MF for 5 days and today, I am experiencing heartburn. Has anyone else exeperienced heartburn while on MF?

OK it's 1137am here in HI, I have been up for about two hours. I am HORRIBLE about eating breakfast so I have had nothing to eat except coffee with splenda and cream. Do you think I can start today or should I wait till tomorrow? I will probably go to bed around 1130-12 tonight so I think I can get all my MF meals in.....What do you all think? Today or tomorrow????
