I'm back...........

Well, after two "false starts" in this race.........I'm back! :drive: I am so ready to win this battle, and I know I can do it this way. I recently had back surgery, and I know I need to do this for my health. But when someone asked me when I was DUE  .........and I said SEVEN YEARS AGO..........I ...

Need Help in Choosing New Scale

Hello, All,

I would like advice on what type of scale is the best. I prefer a digital and would like one that weighs to the .2 of the pound but one that did .5 would be okay. And, of course, it's important that it weighs consistenly. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Linda

Does anyone live in the DC/Virginia/Maryland Metro Area?

I would love to copy these Arizona girls and meet for coffee or a L/G! Have you seen their get-together pics? Makes me so envious! In public I am really not as weird as on this board sometimes, except at the DMV. They drive me crazy.

I'm back with a question...

Hi everyone well I left the medifast plan to follow a low carb plan that was 20 carbs or less and 800-1000 calories a day. I am just wondering what you all think as far as what my weight may do after going back to medifast? I am alsoo exercising so do you all think I will gain at first or should I continue to lose? Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Sarah

A really oldie, back to succeed!

Hi everyone, I am another re-starter. I started MF back in March or April of 2005 but gave up before I got to my goal (way before). I tried several times to restart but never seemed to get past the 2nd or 3rd day before I made an excuse why it wasn't a good time to start. I, of course, gained all the weight I had lost back, so Unca I guess you need to ...

One more old newbie

Last time I posted I was over halfway to goal and doing great. Some of you well remember me while others won't, I used to post as falisamarie but have decided to start all over with a new name and renewed termination to get to goal. I am ashamed to say that I have gained back all my weight and I began my Medifast journey again just yesterday.

I will journal exactly what got me ...

Unc--I'm a ZERO!

Down from the 40 Pound Club circa 2003.

I honestly can't recall how long I've been toying with weight loss via Medifast. Three...maybe four years? I've read posts from Mike (Guido) all the way through Brian. (140 lbs. WOW!) I'm a guy, if you haven't guessed.

I've gained and lost 40 pounds at least three times over the past four years. My goal is 80 pounds, although I'd like to lose 100.

I've never been ...
