Hello everyone! I found this forum, started reading & got really excited about Medifast. I just ordered my products yesterday & will start as soon as they arrive! I am starting off with a 5 week supply. I'm looking forward to being a regular visitor to the forum. :mrgreen:

My local butcher makes jerky...he uses tenderloin, salt, pepper, red pepper, soy sauce....

Would a 1-2 oz pc be allowed? say at part of a l&g, with more protien I ate a piece today, thinking it would be okay...

I need advice, I am starting again.... I have a very hard time on the first day .... Do ok until around 2, then go downhill....Start again ......and happens again.

I have lost 45 pounds with medifast, but can seen to overcome the hunger of the first days. Any advice, things i can do....

I was wondering when the best time to have the soy crisp snacks are? Since we have to have our M.F. meals every 2-3 hrs., when should we fit the crisps in? I was thinking 1 1/2 hrs. after a M.F. meal so that still leaves another 1 1/2 hrs. before the next M.F. meal. Since they have carbs I didn't know whether it would effect the ketosis if we had them too close to ...

I started Medifast on September 6, 2006. I lost 30 pounds in about 7 weeks. I was scheduled to have a breast reduction just before Thanksgiving. As a precaution, I started eating more and more calories before, during, and after the surgery. I didn't want the lack of calories to jeopordize my recovery. I didn't make great choices. I only somewhat regret it.
