Well, day 3 is almost over now. I do feel better today. Yesterday was simply awful...but, it helps me to stay compliant. I do NOT want to have to go through these 3 days again. And I am committed to having at least 70 oz. of water...I just KNOW how much that helps and I am going to do it...one reason I had not been is up 2 or 3 times at night to go ...

I awoke this morning to the sound of weeping and the gnashing of teeth.

I felt trembles all over my not-inconsiderable body as the true import of the step I was about to take slipped into the consciousness of my wobbly bits.

Yes, Medifast has arrived and it inspired fear and loathing in the fat cells as they realised that their days of guardians of my innermost fears were at an end! Yes, they were ...

I know that everyone loses weight at a different pace & that you can't gage your weight loss by others.......

But I am really wondering what most of you generally average per week?
I have my first week weigh in this Saturday and am hoping for at least a 3lb loss. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: ...

I know that drinking my water is important, but my gosh!!!!! The trips to the bathroom are driving me crazy!!!!!!! :whattha:

I had to step out of an important meeting twice yesterday because I couldn't hold it any longer. :shock:

Is there a trick to drinking it at the right time? Is it me or does more seem to ...

Well, I am back on Medifast. It works and I know it...now if I can just stick with it! I lost over 30 pounds last year and then got derailed after contracting salmonella. I gained back every pound + 1 1/2. I was off of my diabetes meds and intend to stay that way.

What do you think about a 14-day compliant commitment challenge? All we have to do is commit to being compliant for 14 days and post our experiences during the challenge.

I am thinking about some creative ways to make my first month on MF more interesting. :lol:

I must confess. I have not been compliant with MF. I allowed myself to become overwhelmed with career and motherhood and then used food to deal with my stress.

Yesterday, I realized that it was January 22nd. I could have been 22 days on the road to success. Instead I gained back the 6 lbs I lost in the first week.

I started my first day this morning after receiving my shipment last night. Overall I think I did okay. I just think I started later than I wanted to......I can see now that I will have to set my alarm clock to wake me up earlier on Saturdays.

It is 8pm EST and I still have 1 more MF meal I need to get ...

I have been like a mad woman today on the phone with Fed Ex trying to find out where my package was. They were supposed to deliver by 8pm and got here at 8:15. :x
