I see I'm in good company in my re-start -- lots of familiar names and faces. I decided to start anew with everything and even have a new name for the forum -- I was Mom23. The new name is my AIM screen name that I use when I 'talk' to my daughter who is away at college. ;)

I made it through my first week & I feel so great!!!!!! I didn't cheat once & it has been so easy! I can't wait to see how my body will gradually begin to change. :-P

I plan to just take it 1 week at a time & hang in there! :bouncieball:

Lots of new faces here. Well I am back full force. Unfortunately Life and STRESS got in the way of my progress but I am happy to report that by doing half hiney maintenance I have only gained 10 pounds back since going off Medifast in July. Most of that was during those dang holidays. Im happy to be back looking forward to getting to know everyone again.

So This is what I am at now.. I hopefully will stay on track. My soon to be husband and I went to the movies last night and I didn't even have One piec of popcorn.. I was VERY tempted.. I want to tka eoff this weight!!! I was 178 on monday and now I am 170.2(saturday) We will see how it goes.. I can not wait!

I found out today that there are versions of Crystal Light made for the Mexican and Argentine consumers. It's called CLIGHT.

Here is what I found on Kraft's website:

"Clight, known as Crystal Light in the U.S.A., is a fruit flavored refreshment for consumers watching their calorie count. Major Markets: Argentina, Brazil, Mexico"

Here are the flavors:

Traditional flavors: lemon, mango, watermelon, strawberry, mandarine, grapefruit, apple

Exotic flavors: peach-jasmine, lemon-mint, orange-pineapple

Tropical flavors: ...

Well, the first day has been and gone and in fact I'm halfway through the second day.

Wow - why didn't find this earlier - this is an amazing program - no hunger, delicious meals and the day just flew by without any ill effects.

I actually couldn't believe that I had 6 'meals' - six times to enjoy something yummy in my mouth. I am so used to having three meals and waiting 5 ...

I am still experiencing heartburn on MF. I am drinking the Dutch Chocolate Shake and eating the Chocolate Pudding.

I do not understand why I having heartburn. I never had this problem before. :x
