I'm so glad to have found this forum! I found the forums on the Medifast website so hard to read, the layout is strange.

A very lovely lady named WillowWind posted these stories to her blog today on another website and I feel I should repost them here because they are great. :)

Happiness is an attitude.

The 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud lady, who is fully dressed each morning by eight o'clock, with her hair fashionably coifed and makeup perfectly applied, even though she is legally blind, moved to a ...

Dry Skin

Hi, I'm new to Medifast and have been doing it for about a week. The last couple days the skin on my face and neck is peeling and itchy. I am wondering if this could be related to the diet or not. Anyone else have this problem and/or a solution? Thanks!

Down 9.2 pounds. :D Yeah!

I know that is a good amount for week 1 and I am doing the full-fast right now under my dr. supervision, but..... I have such a deformed mental set with losing weight. 3 entire, full days and still no keytones??

Gosh -- in the past when I've done low carb'ing, I'm ususally changing the stick to show keytones by day 2. Now I've done a full 3 days of full fasting (today is day 4) and the stick has still not changed! I know plan works as I've already lost about 6 pounds and Monday is my official weigh in day. (whoo hoo -- so excited!) :-P ...
