I have been absent from the boards for a week or two now and off Medifast during that time. I have had both health and personal issues which made it impossible to maintain my Medifast plan, but I have only gained 3 lbs back. I am SO excited for my doctor to give me the a-okay to get back on the plan (and I see him this afternoon). I actually MISS the program! ...

Well I went and saw the weight doctor and he said I can go back on medifast modified plan.... woo hooo I'm back in action!!!!! today is day 1 (again). He also said I have metabolic syndrome. he put me on medication because he said my insulin isnt producing enough glucos instead it's producing fat cells :-( crappy huh?

Oh well I'm happy to be back on the medifast polan and happy to ...
