I'm back to the forum and have to say I missed everyone so much! My sister came for a visit so she could start medifast and I'm happy to report she is doing great! I've been faithful to medifast and have finally dropped 29.4 pounds. I admit that I had a few days of confusion with a gain of 2 pounds and had to ask Nancy for help during the past week but ...

I LOVE THIS STUFF. I have tried every diet known to man and nothing ever kept the weight off, Thanks to medifast I'll see 120 again. :shock: :shock:

Well, I weighed in today. I lost 10 # my first week. Start at 216. Now, I am 206. I am very happy with this. However, that usually happens with every diet and then it is slow going from there. I know I sound unappreciative, but I am not. I am very happy. I just pray that it continues. Thanks again for all the support from this board. God knows how much you have helped.

Hello, I am starting the program tomorrow. I am excited and aprehensive at the same time. Each time I have lost some weight I gain back even more. I am hoping and praying this will work for me. I am also hoping to find support from people familiar with the program. from what I've read on these boards, I am looking forward to meeting some great people.
