I just placed my first order, so I am committed for a month at least. I decided on the starter pack, so I will have some variety. I'm scared of getting started. I will be getting a visitor this week also, so I'm concerned from what I read that I won't lose much weight b/c of water retention, etc. Also, I haven't told my husband and we always talk about large purchases...I'm just ...

Ok. I finally did it. I registered here so that I could/would have to be accountable. I actually started on Medifast on January 9th and to date have lost 31 pounds. I am under the care of a physician and I weigh in every other week and have labs done every 6 weeks. Cholesterol has gone from 204 to 147 in 6 weeks and while I was doing the full fast, I felt great.
