Ok I am a new comer and Ive only been on Medifast for 3 days. I am having great difficulty. I am finding many of the foods I do not like, I can hardly swallow them! I will return some, but I would like to be in this for the long hall- how can I do it? I dont want to be discouraged- but I am holding back the gag reflux after trying ...

I'm not sure if anyone remembers me but I'm back for good. I have basically been doing Medifast a day or 2 here and there for months. Ok, more like a year. I still come and read posts everyday which is really weird since I'm not faithful to the diet. Something always comes up and I start over again at least 2-3 times a week.

Anyways, I'm back.

Okay, so after many months away, I am (gratefully) back!!

I gained back some of the weight while away, but not as much as i would have assumed. My new start weight yesterday morning was 242, and I was already down to 239 this morning (yay!!!!)! Okay, not really 100 times--but feels like it. A few years ago I lost 55 pounds on MF and kept it off up until I became pregnant. Pregnancy to me was a license to eat and eat and eat! Well, now I am paying the price.

Hello all!

I'm on Medifast to try and lose about 80 pounds. I'm down about 14 pounds since I started, most of which I attribute to water weight, etc.

I feel great, love the program but I am feeling the occasional urge to eat "real" food...I am a comfort eater. I have a toddler who eats mashed potatos, cheese, pasta, etc... and I want to eat those things when I feed her!!! BUT I DON'T! ...

Are we allowed to have onions? I just read a post in lean cusine that they are no longer allowed?

What veggies are allowed? Apparently I do not have an up-to-date list.

Hi everyone. My husband was wondering.....is it okay to drink diet sodas while on Medifast? He's a caffine junky and is worried about not having any.

I am on my 4th day of the 5/1 program. I have very little nagging hunger and only have afternoon exhaustion, however, I think it is going great!
