First Day

I have tried medifast before but was not able to stick on it. I did not drink the water and ate too many bars. This time I am only on the shakes and cocoa. I am hoping that by limiting my choices that I will be able to have more success. I just need to get past the three days!!!! How does everyone get through the first days?

Yesterday(NASTY DAY 2) I was grouchy, tired and irritable :(

As Day 1 winds down... (long history heh!)

Hello everyone!

Before I introduce myself, I want to thank you all for your incredibly honest and supportive posts. I have been logged in all day reading them, learning as much as I could, and discovering peoples' histories, and how they are making Medifast work for them.

I'm sure that in the future I will be thanking you more personally for helping me get through this - my final weight loss.

I am 33 years ...

meeting the neighbors

hello everyone.

I'm 22. 5'7" and 284 lbs. I wear a women's size 26. And I have not had a full-length mirror in my house for three years now. This is very hard to admit. But I think it's time I started living again.

I am waiting for my starter kit to come any day now. I am very excited about this new diet. I really am going to try hard and lose this weight ...

Newbee

I'm Lil'Bit and I am new to Medifast. I just ordered and haven't received it yet. I am 5'2 and about 158lbs. I need to lose about 30lbs.
I ordered off the Medifast website and didn't know what to pick. Got a 2 week supply of the 55, 5 and 1 plan. Didn't know if it would work and I wasn't going to pay over $300 for a product that doesn't work. Also bought some ...

Medifast-Part II

Hi everyone!

I haven't posted in a while, but have been reading all the encouraging posts. I am humbly and meekly returning to the full Medifast program after a two-month hiatus. I decided after 7 months to "take a break" after feeling I might be where I should be weight-wise and control-wise. I was kidding myself. My resolve was strong for about a month, but slowly ...

Why Medifast is for me!

I am really enjoying this plan!

I always knew, that if I found a healthy plan, that didnt require me to spend every evening in the kitchen chopping and dicing then i would be successful.

Medifast is the one! First I have learned something from every diet I have been on. But when life got hectic, it was hard to keep up with all the preparations and I would return to fast food or what ...
