This is really great. I have doing medifast for 3 wks and have lost 11 pounds. I have to confessed, I had a chocolate panic attck, I did eat some.

I would appreciate any help. Have a great week end. I do not have instant AIM up. Have to figure it out.

MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 80 POUNDS!!

I have been enjoying reading all the forums (fori?) and getting acquainted with everyone.
I started 26-Oct. Don't have anything to add to the discussion (yet) but felt like a lurker unless I took the trouble to introduce myself.

I spent today cleaning out my kitchen and preparing to start tomorrow. There's nothing in my fridge now except a few condiments (ketchup and mustard), some sugar-free jello, and a jar of pickles :lol:

I bought a new blender that has the cutest "blend and go" attachment thing that lets you blend directly in the cup then take it with you. Very cool!

Hi my name is Julia - I m looking for a support buddy who is looking for the same. I would love to meet someone who wants a fitness buddy too. Exercise is always better when you have a friend to do it with. I am 28 with 4 kids between 2 and 11 and I'm a registered nurse in vancouver washington.

I'm planning to start my Medifast program on Thursday and I'd love to hear from some of you on the pros and cons of doing the full fast vs. the modified, 5-1 program with a small meal. I've seen my doctor and she's done all the necessary bloodwork and okay'd me for either.

My boxes arrived today! I'm planning to start the program this Thursday or Friday.

So I'm unpacking all the boxes of shakes and soups and my primary feeling is ... fear.

Has anyone else experienced this?

To clarify, I think the feeling (maybe more accurately uneasiness) is rooted in the fear that this won't work either. That I won't have the willpower to stay on the program through the first few days or that I'll ...

I am so happy with the results I am having on Medifast. It almost feels too easy , I am wondering why I didn't find this solution years ago.. I can't wait to finally get this weight off and keep it off. I started on August 1st and now I am already down 40 pounds. I really think for me having a great doctor who is supervising my health and weight loss has been key ...

Just wanted to introduce myself. I have been on medi-fast for 1 month, started on Oct 1st. 20 lbs gone in one month is more than alright by me :o . Hope I do as well on the second month. So glad to be told about this website, it's great to have a medi-fast only board!

I need to lose 60 pds asap, for surgery coming up, how long will it take.. give or take, I know losing isn't a science. I need to know from actualy people who lost that much.
