Two days ago I did'nt feel this good. But wow what a bowl of Medifast Chili can do for you !! My husband cooks for himself so I not tempted with that part at least. I really good about this..despite he resistance from co-workers . "You'll get sick," It's not healthy," well I say neither packing over 100 extra pounds!! :D
