Ok...so last year (may) I did medifast and lost 9 lbs in 10 days. You would think that would have made me want to stay compliant, but NO!!! So I am back to try this with a new attitude....especially since I have gained a new 5lbs since the time I "thought" of restarting medifast. Apparently I was a busy girl in the having "the last meals" before starting the diet. What a shock and eye ...

Heidi and I happened to catch that documentary movie called "Super Size Me" on Showtime recently. Has anyone else seen it?

Wow! What an eye opener......if nothing else, it sure makes it easier to drive on past the "Golden Arches".

It is in the video stores for rental as well. I highly recommend it as a motivational tool to help you avoid fast food cravings.
