hola! i used to weigh 400# and was still at 300# when i found this place. the benefit of needing to lose this much weight is that medifast really was made for you. i lost 100# in 9 months. i didn't do anything special-- just followed the plan.

My wife is a five year Breast Cancer survivor and is concerned about the amount of soy in the shakes. She has read pros and cons concerning soy...what do you guys think?

Am I able to just eat all 5 medifast meals and just skip the 6th lean & green? Sometimes I am not hungry at all and don't want to eat even though I eat all 5 medifast meals. Will it slow my weightloss down any to just eat 5 times a day or do I have to eat 6 times a day? I have at times just had another medifast meal instead of the lean ...
