hi all,
here's my story...i'm a fit, 39-yr-old. i'm 5'4.5", and my start weight 13 days ago was 140 pounds. i want to lose 20 pounds, plus a few more for good measure.
i know this might sound like an easy goal, but it's all relative, i guess, so please stick with me...
