Blubba Be Gone ! Poof

Im back ladies & Gents ! After losing 12-13 lbs in June, I semi went off
Medifast .. I was run down , ear infections , migraine headaches , fun stuff !! Not related to Medifast, just my hectic life !

I managed to keep my weight the same, phew for once I didnt sky rocket up !! I ordered my Medifast- FIX and Im back on program Wed Aug 24th !!

Just started MF today, and having a hard time....

OFF PROGRAM FOR NOW

Well everyone I am off program for now..

I have been off program all day and most of last night..I am SOOO sick it's not even funny.I missed going to N.Orleans and have rescheduled for Friday but not sure if I will go or not at this point..Mom has an appointment on Thursday and can not miss it as it is the pain Dr for her surgery(back) have waited soo long for this appointment..

Excersise

Can anyone answer me this, can too much excersice make you plateau or gain weight? I've been walking 2 1/2 miles 6 days a week and can't get past my current weight. I go up and I go down, I go up and I go down...I keep gaining and losing the same 8 lbs - and it's getting frustraing...So I would like to know if I'm doing too much excersise????
