Hey ladies, I am on day 3 and doing great! I AM BACK!!!!!

I am back. I missed everyone. Due to financial reasons (lack of employment), I had to go off Medifast for one month. I had to do a low carb small portion diet to maintain my weight.

I got my new order on Monday and started on Tuesday. I am starting at 220 lbs. Somehow I lost 5 pounds since my last weigh in.
