Question regarding Edamame (steamed soy beans)

Hi Folks,
I have a quick questions. I went out last night to a sushi restaurant with my husband and I ordered edamame (soybeans) and sashimi. I ate about 1 cupe of shelled edamames. I realized doing research when I got home that this food is NOT on the allowed list of green foods. Did I break the ketosis phase and now have to start over? I realized at the end of the meal that ...

Confused on how to weight my Lean Meats?

Hi Folks,
I am a little confused on how to weight the meats. I looked through all my literature and guides and could not fidn the answer.
Is the meat supposed to be weight raw or cooked? For example, is it 7 ounces of Cod raw or 7 ounces cooked? Thanks , Denise

How do you create the weight track bar everyone uses??

Hi co-medifasters,
I have a quick question. I'm so impressed and encouraged by everyone's weight tracker graphic bar that shows how much weight lost and how much to go. How do you create this graphic??

Also, can I combine my lean and grean with two proteins (i.e. 4 oz of Cod fish and 1 boiled egg)??

And my last question, I was not hungry the first 2 1/2 days but the last 24 hours have ...

Hi. I placed my order to Medifast 2 days ago and waiting for the package to arrive. I'm very excited to start this program and appreciate reading all your comments. This is my first time on Medifast and I have a quick question for those who've been on the program more than 2 months. How much weight do you lose per week the first month? Thanks Denise

I was at the dentist yesterday and hadn't been there for 6 months. I have been going there for over 15 years. When I walked in one of the younger women that has been working there for only about a year was at the front desk. I got the feeling she wasn't really sure who I was when I walked in, but figured she had only seen me a couple times before. After I was ...
