I'm waiting for my first order, so I guess I'm really not even "new" yet. I've been reading these threads for days now, and I can't wait to get started on the plan. Eveyone seems to love MF and is doing so well with it. You all seem like a very supportive and active group, and that's a good part of why I decided to order MF.

I just recieved my shipment today. I will be starting on Friday. I am excited about trying mf and after reading all of the testimonials, I have a feeling this is the one that is going to finally work!!! Does anybody have any suggestions on how to handle the first 3 days without wanting to stuff your face ? I love to eat and i know this is going to be tough!

Hi, I have been on the complete program for six weeks and lost 28 pounds. However, I have had a few weeks where I have not lost ANY weight (and I haven't cheated!) I'm concerned as my doctor is absolutly no help and her reply is, "Well if its not working, why dont you stop." I've also been having problems with nausea. I thought about doing the fast all week and on weekends have the 5&1. How do you feel about that and if I were to do that how many would I have a day?
