Official first day

OKay so I'm almost done with my first day!
7:00 French Van. Shake
10:00 Bar
12:30 Oatmeal
3:30 Dutch Choc. Shake
Then at 7:00 I will have my L&G and at 9:30 or 10:00 I will have a pudding.

I have already drank 128 ounces of water so far! I was hungry in the morning, but got over it quickly. I want this to work!!!!!!!!!!

Sugar free Rasberry Ice

Hello everyone

I'm startin MF this coming Monday....found sugar free Rasberry Ice in Wal-Mart I just want to know if its okay to drink this as my water quota for a day since it contains no calories. Here is a list of the ingredients:

Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Malic Acid, Natural and artificial flavors, Tricalcuim Phosphate, Aspartame*, Red 40, Acesulfame Potassium, Calcium Silicate, Magnesium Oxide, Blue1

*Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine

This stuff tastes real good
