I am really excited about starting MF, I got my shipment notification yesterday. I have two friends who have had success with this plan. I am 4ft 11inches and would love to lose a minimum of 30 - 40 pounds. How long would it realistically take me to lose it? Do I have to do the one lean meal? Thanks.

My question is this - how many boxes of product are in a case? I could not find this info on the TSFL website.
