Okay. I went to the lands end page today to look at swimwear. Just a moment ago, actually. Anyway, they have this virtual model where you can put in your own measurements and such and "try on" the swimwear before you buy it. I estimated on my weight, but I don't expect my height to be changing. You see, I feel like I will need a new swimsuit this summer before lake season is over ...

I've been a lurker on this forum since my first week on medifast, and I've gotten a lot of tips, and some encouragement reading your stories not to mention since I was just beginning medifast it was nice to read there were people that had the same questions as I did. Can someone tell me if this is normal.I have been on MF for 10 full days and the first 6 I saw a slow decline in weight every day,then on my 7th day it stoped.I have weighed the same for the last 4 mornings.
Is this common so early in the program.I thought for sure the first 2 weeks would show the most weight loss.Then maybe slow a little.

I am planning ahead for a vacation I am going on so have been thinking and wanted to ask everyone this question...

I have now only been on this 2 weeks as if Tuesday... i feel good i can not weigh myself hubby took scale on day one..

But here is my question.. We are going to Las Vegas in June and will be meeting up with some friends from out of ...

Maybe this is a dumb question :shock: ......but is 2 tablespoons of butter considered a condiment?????
Going camping with the in-laws.They make amazing HOT WINGS!!! I thought i could dip my boneless 7 oz. of chicken in the sauce,all it is ,is Hot sauce with butter in it.

Hey guys this is the first period I have had since starting and man oh man I am really very dizzy today. I keep seeing salt as helping this out and I have done that but it is still very much there. Does anyone else get like this when they start and what do you do and does it go away when the ol train has rolled on by?

I can't believe I didn't find this board until yesterday! I've been doing the Medifast program since 1/03/06 and so far I've lost 70lbs! I've got a way to go, but I know my goal is achievable. :yippee:
