Well, I started on Medifast on April 2, 2006 and weighed 209 lbs. I am pleased to announce that as of this morning, I weight 188. That is a loss of 21 lbs in one month. I was on Medifast a long time ago and did ok`I lost 20 pounds in about a month so i know it works. I recently started a new job. Most of my time is spent on the road driving. so i have a few concerns.

I realize i need to drink at least 64 oz of water. sometimes its hard for me to pull over constantly to pee so i avoid drinking anything as ...

I mentioned before that I just moved to Texas. This weekend, I'm going to my very first chili cookoff. They're doing this through work with lots of teams. Probably 20-30 teams participating. Our team is going to have bbq brisket, hamburgers and hot dogs and more for the cooking team. I told them that I'd be happy to help with anything but serving or cooking.

Ok this is the deal...I'M IN!! The only thing is I can't buy the meals till the end of next week so mean while I am back on atkins if nothing else for discipline. I am back so a small workout and just watching what I am doing.
I know the Medifast is nothing like atkins but I need to loose like 5 pounds fast. I have been out of work on medical and gained ...
