I have only been at this for 6 days. I got my Rtd's Wednesday, and I really like them. Is it okay to only drink them? I don't care for the powder shakes. The soups are okay, so I can do those for lunch, and I like the puddings, but I don't like the powder shakes. Is it okay to replace those with RTD's.

My stepson is getting married on Sunday evening. We are driving up to Baltimore tonight.

I would like to ask for prayers for our trip and for me. My weightloss has plateaued and even though I've remained the exact same weight for two weeks, I am still a little :cry: discouraged. -- especially when my first self-imposed mini-goal was to have lost 30 pounds ...

Mine doesn't show bumps like the other forum. Is there anything or any forum specifically to read about?

Hi guys! I just have to pop in with some news, today is my five days on MF, I couldn't wait for a week weight in so I got on the scale this morning and I lose 4 lbs :yes: a total of 7lbs! First start on 5/1/06, then restart on 5/6/06.
