I'm new to this whole forum 'thing'. I don't really know all the ins and outs of using it yet.

Anyhoo, my name is Tanisha. I'm 21 and live in Florence, KY. I have been on medifast for 1 week and 3 days now and I have lost 11 lbs!!

I'm soo excited about this whole weight loss thing and plan to be at my goal weight by February 2007!!!

I just moved to tucson this weekend, and was disappointed to learn that I won't be able to order Medifast without a physical address. Is there anyone who lives in Tucson who could possibly recieve my package

Well, it's been 9 hours since the "procedure" and I feel great. It's amazing to be able to see distance and the tv without having glasses on, as well as being able to see the computer screen and read, again with no glasses. I keep reaching to push my glasses up my nose (they were always sliding down) and then I realize there is nothing to push!

The doctor's office called to ask if I wanted to switch my appointment time for tomorrow. Originally I was supposed to be the first patient at 8:00AM. They called to tell me that I was going to be the 3rd patient now, unless I want to come in earlier at 6:30AM.

Hi, does anybody know about using medifast while breastfeeding? I am currently 37 weeks pregnant, I've gained a lot weight while pregnant. I have had success last summer while on medifast...until I became pregnant and went off of medifast.

After I have my baby, I want to return to medifast, plus I plan on breastfeeding. I would ask my doctor about this, however, my doctor didn't approve of me being on medifast last summer before ...

My DH was offered and accepted a new position yesterday, and he started his new job this morning !!!
