Tried everything to loose wieght and they only work for a short time, and then my body pops back to a set point. At 43, I have found that I have a lot of hormone issues which have really played part.
I figure that cutting the calories way back and getting all the benefits of a well balanced meal plan will be the only thing that works. I can not figure it out any more counting points, carbs vs. protein, and calories!
