Hi am here to introduce myself. just discovered this website. I started medifast Jan 21. Am down 20 lbs. This is a great. Hope I can keep it off. I have many health problems because of the weight and this time I am going to do something for myself. I can use all the encouragement I can get. Good luck to you all.
