Just started on the 10th

Hey there! I just started on Jun 10th and I am wondering how much exercise I should do. I like to walk and ride my bike with my 7 year old. I started the program at 5'7 and 174lbs. I don't want to overdo it, but I like to walk in the summer. thanks for any advice you can give me!!!

Hi Dj,
First of all, click the "Register" button and join the forum. You'll find many features and options you don't have access to by being a guest.

Next, click the "Search" button and enter "exercise" (without the quotes) and you'll find lots of discussion about exercise.
