Hello Laddie - welcome! And might I say, GREAT Job on registering here at MMT!!!

A couple of suggestions -- Make sure to read the FAQ section of this board - there are lots of great insights to help you get used to the MF way of life. Secondly, read the Quick Start Guide that comes with your first order cover to cover, then read it again just for good measure. I refer back to it on many occassions. Lastly, if you haven't purchased it already, we all recommend that you buy the book Success in a Shaker Jar. It is more detailed than the quick start guide and offers a boat load of suggestions to help your stay compliant while on your medifast journey and to make it as easy as possible.

Again - welcome!

Yup, Ame's right! The more you know, the better you do on this diet. A little tweak in your habits can make a big difference, so read as much as you can to be prepared to recognize what might be going wrong and how to fix it! (Example: bad headaches can usually be prevented by getting enough sodium and potassium-- so drink bouillion and MF Fast Soups, and use Lite Salt, especially in your first week or two!) Of course, you can always do what we do-- just come here and tell us what's wrong, and we'll all work on the problem...!

Glad to have you! Welcome!
