Hi all,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm another newbie. Today was Day 2 for me and so far, so good. My name is Cheryl. I am 30 years old and live in Long Island, NY. I had done some research on my own and happened to be talking to a friend about discovering the Medifast program, and to my surprise, she mentioned that her mother-in-law has had great success on it. To my happy surprise, her mother-in-law led me to this board and is none other than Mellowmom. :) I have such great support here in NY, and a friend helping me out/checking in from the West Coast. I look forward to getting to know you all as I start my weight loss journey.

My friend is the one in Michigan, who just had her second child. I actually introduced them....she was at my apartment in college when her now hubby (Mellowmom's son) came over. The next day, he asked all about her, and the rest is history. :D

Day Two went well. I'm definitely in the withdrawal phase though. Felt pretty tired, and had a little bit of a cranky tummy, but I just keep telling myself that means the shakes are working!!

Can't wait to see my results this week. I look forward to getting to know all of you!! :)
