Hi Everyone !!! Wow !! I love this forum...

I have been reading for the past few days and decided to sign up to be able to post. I received my order in the mail today and took a little bite of one thing so far It was the Smores Bar. Oh my goodness it was good !!! So Im so excited and nervous to start the real medifasting tomorrow !!!

I have about 75-100 lbs to lose give or take. But my stats are as follows with a mini goal for right now.

215/215/180

First two Questions ? Can I participate on this board even if I placed my first order on a different website ? How do I switch Health Advisors ?

Hi there and welcome to the forum!

Of course you can post here even if you ordered from somewhere else. Everyone who wants to talk about Medifastin' is welcome.

As for switching health advisors: If you have been assigned a health advisor, I think all you need to do is call the number above and the person who answers can tell you how to change your advisor. It takes some time sometimes to find the right fit. I changed mine once. I think all it took was an email request, but check at the above number to be sure.
