I'm new here and thought talking to people might help a little. I'm doing 5 shakes a day and plan on doing this for about 5 months. I hope to lose at least 150lbs in this time. I did medifast when i was 18 and lost 170 in 4.5 months but eventually gainned it all back due to my unhealthy lifestyle. well here i am aain 26 married with a daughter. my wife has lost 70 lbs on WW and doing cardio kickboxing but i felt i needed to get the main chunck off quickly ........ after i do my 5 month fast i will transfer to WW to maintain my healthy weight for ever!!!!!!!!!!!
