Aloha everyone- my first post here. Very happy to find this forum! Just finished reading all seven pages of posts! What a plethora of advice, tips and encouragement! Mahalo to all of you.

Looking to lose 70 pounds, aiming for success I started on June 1 (a full moon helps I hope), got the Metimucil capsules and the Basic Start Up Medifast box of products, and committed to lay off those demonic carbohydrates. I'm now on day 5 of the full fast - LOVING THE DUTCH CHOCOLATE SHAKES made just per the instructions!!!

Today, just when I was getting shakey (not referring to the Medifast but to my confidence) I got on the internet, googled 'Medifast' and found this forum. What a blessing this is!

Now I need to place my next order but even after reading the post about the difference between Medifast and Take Shape for Life, I'm a bit confused. Can I ask questions about shipping and buying here?

Thank you Lois and Unca_Tim for your warm welcome. It's truly nice to be here. Unca_Tim yes I reread the article and it helped me better understand. I also noticed on this forum you have a section that could answer questions on ordering. I got so excited to find this forum I forgot to take a look around at all your different areas of help.

Welcome aboard!!! I think you will enjoy this forum as much as I have. I come here several times a day, especially when my resolve is down or I know I have a challenge that day (like the employee meeting with sweets I have to go to in a few minutes...) I also printed out a few of my favorite posts from "The Elevator" and some of the newsletters to keep in my purse to read when I can't get to the computer.
