In the meantime, remember that feeling the other night, when you were so proud of yourself for having a Diet Coke and not eating or drinking like your friends? Hang onto that feeling!! Keep it handy and remember it the next time you're faced with a choice like that. You can have some popcorn or whatever and enjoy it for a few minutes - but feel guilty and disappointed in yourself afterward - or you can stay on plan and feel proud and happy and THIN afterward.
