Hey Adriana, Welcome to the group. I am on my first week and to tell the truth I have had NO problems. I feel great and I feel like I look great! Its a mind thing I know but it works :)

Hi Adraiana! I am 33 and have 3 kids. It is hard when you have kids and they want McDonalds and all that, but I am here to tell ya this stuff works. Just stick with the plan and you wont be sorry!Welcome!
