I'm so excited to find this site! I've been on "the real deal" as I call it for two full weeks, with two weeks of pre-diet. As of this morning I'm down 21 lbs!!! I can't even tell you how excited I was to have the big measurement on the scale drop down to the 200 mark, instead of the 250 mark! Going under 250 for the first time in years was a huge boost for me!
As the scales move down, my confidence and feeling that I know I can do this once and for all moves up.
Hurray to all that have gone before me. Thank you, in advance, for sharing your insight and what works/what doesn't. I've already enjoyed several of the posts and got some of my "newbie" questions answered!
