Hey y'all, I'm new to this board, but not to medifast--I was on in for a couple of months last summer and did well. I just went back to real food before I was ready. I fooled myself! LOL
Anyway, here I am, and very glad to "meet" you all. I love these forums, I've been reading them for a week already!
Best of luck to everyone here!

Thanks for the welcome, Sheryl! I find my previous experience very encouraging, as I did have great sucess while I was on program. It wasn't Medifast that failed me, it was FOOD! LOL
Thanks again!

You're welcome Susanna! I'm sure that things really get challenging after losing weight and getting back to food choices--what a slippery slope this is.

It's great, and inspiring that you have done MF successfully. And even though you didn't maintain, now you can look back on what didn't work and make adjustments this time. That's the one good thing about "failure," to me--learning :)!
