I don't think TSFL will offer the $55 off that my clients are reporting....if I'm wrong, I hope someone lets me know! As far as I know, the only promo we can offer is the $25 off first orders.

Please correct me on this, I tried to check it, but does Medifast1 offer the free week along with the $55 off, or is it just $55 off the 4 week variety package? Or is it $55 off any order?
If its just on 4 weeks of food and only on the first order, then TSFL's promotion is a better deal (1 week is about $75 off).
Please someone check this out before this idea gets out of control. TSFL is a subsidiary of Medifast, so it makes no sense for one to offer a better deal than the other since they are essentially the same.

I sent mine at 3:00PM this afternoon, but come to think of it, that would be 6:00PM "Medifast Time", so maybe I'll see a response tomorrow morning.

Just to let all of the non-HA's know.......... My HA was able to get my autoship corrected and my new order placed......no problems. Even got my 12% discount!

My advice to anyone who is trying to do their autoship order by themselves this month........DON'T DO IT! Just call your health advisor. They have more resources than we do.

When I was trying to update my autoship, it was impossible because my autoship order was still at the old sight and I couldn't place a new one there. I called customer service and was told that they could not guarantee that my autoship would delete if I tried and that I may very well receive 2 autoship orders and lose my discount!!!......well, that's when I called my health advisor. That's all well and good UNLESS you are a new HA within the last month (july) We are still not in the system under HA statues so makes it very difficult to place orders for previous clients. We did find someone who knew how to place an order for us for a new client, so that's a good thing.
