I"m in the same boat...Sharon we must be part of that special "subset" of HA's unable to access our back offices..

Quoting email from TSFL. "there is a small subset of Health Advisors who will be unable to access the system this evening. This is only a temporary item, and we anticipate they will have access shortly." :whistle:

Found this information interesting ..."rest assured that you will have access soon, and if any clients order underneath you, you will still be credited for those orders.

I spoke to one of the C/S representatives yesterday afternoon and he said that if I wasn't able to access my back office, i.e. user id not recognized, then any orders started under my HA# would NOT be credited. In fact, if they used my ID# their orders may not go through! His advice was to wait until the issue with the website has been straightened out and place the orders this weekend, again providing I can log on. Nothing is going to go out until Monday anyhoo.

Anyone else heard the same thing, or different?

I know I had a BeSlim order set to go out Tuesday, and I can't get an answer as to whether it has or not, and my food runs out on Monday. Thankfully I can mooch on Joelie, but it is putting me in a bind. I have a new customer who ordered Wednesday and wants their stuff ASAP and I don't know any info on status there either.

yeah we have a order to be delivered here before we go on vacation and I'm worried it won't get here and we won't have enough food to take on with us on your 5 day trip away!

Just visited with someone re: my BeSlim order and he said that mine had shipped, although it was probably today. Orders placed since Tuesday are being input now and should ship by tomorrow, and will have expedited shipping.

Hmmm . . . I also appear to a member of that "small subset." Perhaps it's all part of a conspiracy against MMT HAs. No doubt there's a group of ultra-wealthy power mongers (the REAL power behind the world, advised on a bi-monthly basis by a special entourage of aliens from Jupiter) responsible for it all.

Good thing I'm not given to grassy-knoll, X-files type thinking, or I'd be getting pretty nervous right about now.

The small subset grows larger. I can't get there either. Although I don't even know what to put when they ask for a username and password. I've always logged on with my customer/HA number.

I am in my back office now. I do have my invoice now and see that I do indeed have expedited shipping. Looks like things are coming together, slowly, but surely. Hopefully they get the rest of my clients attached to me soon so I can see status on their orders.

Any "special subset" folk having any luck signing on to the new site? I keep trying but no luck. Even when I put that I forgot my password it won't mail it to me.

One weird thing, I did stick in an OLD,OLD customer ID# of mine and suprisingly it went through. It did tell me that my password had expired, but then requested that I enter a new one. Did that and got in. Unfortunately, that's not my current ID so I couldn't get into my Back Office.

My HA did say that when she called HA Services yesterday they gave her a new password and she was able to get in. Unfortunately, HA Services is closed for the weekend, and guess we'll have to wait until Monday to try that tactic.

Still Shaking, but frustrated.

well all you need to do is put in your current ID number and then the password if you changed it and it will let you in, but I called customer service today to change our BESLIM order and I asked them when they thought the back office was going to be up because there is no back office right now, I don't know where BDG was looking, but maybe it was up for a few hours and then they had to take it down, but anyway the lady said that they are hoping that the back offices were going to be up by Monday. I also tried calling customer service yesterday a little after 5pm pacific time and they had just closed for the evening because they were concentrating on putting in all the new orders that they had recieved and putting them in the new system. I think they are working their tails off because they know that it needs to be up and they are going to start losing money soon if they don't.

Also some gobbltygook at the top of the page like something isn't loading right.

Thats the same message Di was getting and when I called to help change her BeSlim order, the gal checked and she updated her right then, and now she can log in. There still is nop history, no back office, but at least you can see that it will be. Also, our website doesn't show the little picture and stuff like the old site did, or any way for a new customer to order through you. Hopefully Monday.
