Quoting email from TSFL. "there is a small subset of Health Advisors who will be unable to access the system this evening. This is only a temporary item, and we anticipate they will have access shortly."
Found this information interesting ..."rest assured that you will have access soon, and
if any clients order underneath you, you will still be credited for those orders.
I spoke to one of the C/S representatives yesterday afternoon and he said that if I wasn't able to access my back office, i.e. user id not recognized, then any orders started under my HA# would NOT be credited. In fact, if they used my ID# their orders may not go through! His advice was to wait until the issue with the website has been straightened out and place the orders this weekend, again providing I can log on. Nothing is going to go out until Monday anyhoo.
Anyone else heard the same thing, or different?
