Ok, so today I started my first day on Medifast and I am determined to do this people!!! I gained 85 lbs with my son when I was prego and he is now going to be 2 next week! No more excuses. I have about 35 lbs to lose and I am ready. My husband is so tired of hearing that I am going on a diet that I gave him my WORD that this time I am really going to do it. He is very supportive but will probably have to see it to believe it at this point since he has heard it about 20 times in the last 2 years!!!
So I have a few questions.
So far today I have had 2 Shakes (yummy chocolate). 1 for breakfast, a medifast bar for snack, 1 shake for lunch. Then about 3 hrs later I had a small salad with grilled chicken and light dressing. Does that mean I cannot have any more food for the rest of the day??? I have the soups and was planning on having one of them for dinner. Did I ruin it by having the salad? I couldn't help it! I was STARVING! I know it's only Day 1 but I need a little light shed on my confusion. So, if I am doing the 5 in 1 plan, I should have 5 shakes and 1 lean and green meal, that's it. Right??? Nothing else? What snack options do I have if I get hungry?
