Hi Everyone - I'm new to this site as well, even though I have been on Medifast since April '06 (have been posting on Medifast's site and just recommitted on 11/13!) My sis-in law uses this site, and highly recommends it. I can use all the added support I can get!
Here's to a great December!

May 1st 2006...Highest Weight 265...

Started Medifast December 8th, 06 Weight = 236.8 :(
