Hey everyone! This is my first day on MF and so far so good. I feel like I'm eating all of the time, which is good! I LOVE food. I live in Georgia, so it's not good unless it's fried, smothered, or swimming in butter.
I am a single mom of a 5 year old daughter, Kennedy, so the baby weight excuse no longer applies. I am engaged to a wonderful man who lives off of meat and potatos and doesn't gain a pound. Our wedding is September 29, 2007. I happened to hear a commercial about MF and I've researched it for about 2 months now. I've done every diet known to man and have lost weight, but have a difficult time deciding what to put in my mouth! I figured I needed someone to tell me what to eat and when to eat it, so I can work on getting my habits under control.
Anyway, I'm so glad I found this board! There is a wealth of information on here that helped me decide to start MF. Thank you!!!! I hope to share successes like ya'll do on a daily basis!!!

Edited to add: I am currently 170 pounds and my goal is 130 by my birthday, April 3rd.
