Hi, I'm new i have lost 60 lbs on Atkins , had to have my Gallbalder out because of all the Fat now the Dr. wants me to do medifast to lose the rest. Day 1

thanks all for the welcome.just a little help, the doctor said i sould do the full fast but no help how to do that, what sould i eat everyday? how many snacks? please help, if anyone is doing please post meal plan

I am not doing the full fast but all you need to do is have any 6 meal replacments 2.5 to 3 hrs apart throughout the day but only one bar per day.
