Feb 7, 2005 start date
176/150/150 - made it in 9 weeks! 26 lbs off!
150/139.5/140 - made it in 8 1/2 more weeks! 36.5 lbs off!
144/143/135 - new and last goal! Maintaining for now in 2006

You don't say if you are on the MF plan or just researching weight loss options. Either way - click on the link below and you can register for the site. That'll make you a member. Then I recommend you read read read and read! It's what helps most of us in here.

Well glad to have you on board CAGirl or BSmith!!! :lol:

Since you are on day two - make sure you take some time to read up on some of the threads concerning the first few days. Some people have a tough few days; others have no problems. If you experience lightheadedness or weakness, it could be an electrolyte imbalance and having a cup of boullion can help straighten that out.

Make sure to drink lots and lots of water. Any questions, just let us know! Good luck to you (and to all of us :mrgreen: )
