Hiya! I started today as well! Wow it's different than I thought it would be, but it feels good to get through the day. If I didn't have so much faith that it will work if I just follow the rules I don't think I'd be able to stick to the diet, BUT I see all these success stories and it's hard to dispute the facts. It works.

So good luck to you and let us know how your first week goes too :)

Welcome to you all..... :secret: .....it may seem tuff at first...............but trust .....it gets better...... :yay: ......Medifast is by far THE BEST PLAN OUT THERE....... :hmmm: ....now that is my opinion..... :yes: .....but I think many will agree with it as well...... :bouncie: .......in a month from now you will be amazed at the results.... :goldstar: .....stay compliant and you will be reaping the rewards..... :thumbup: ...much success to you on your journey.......... :drive: .....
