A new start!

Postby chelleA » June 20th, 2006, 12:30 pm

Hello friends, I have been away for awhile and off of the program. Here's announcing my new commitment to my weightloss! I really need to get back to this great support system. Dede has REALLY helped me. She never gave up on me and never shamed me.......just wonderfully supportive! :hi5: How lucky was I to have found her! I am starting over today! Why "weight" until Monday! So, please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. This is something that is so important that I stick to....for my health. I am having knee surgery on July 7th, and need to get a jumpstart! The less I weigh, the faster I'll heal. Thanks for being such a great group! I look forward to checking in several times a day.

Hi! Congrats on taking control of your life and getting back on MF. I know how hard it can be to get back on a plan, but I totally commend you for not wasting another second! :D

We'll all be cheering you on through this -- plus, when you are laid up in bed from surgery, its much easier to drink a few shakes than than try to stand over a hot stove cooking a big meal! LOL!

Take care,

TT

But be sure to follow your doc's instructions. Usually they don't want you on Medifast right after surgery because you need more calories while your body recovers.

Michelle,
How did you do on day 1? Just take it hour by hour, you'll do GREAT! We'll ALL be there for you and MAKE SURE your doc doesn't want you do "do anything" to the program (like add a MF meal or L & G or go off program until you're healed) on July 7...healing is MUCH more important!

We'll be here if you need us! So PROUD OF YOU for restarting!
