I'm so excited! :yippee:

Just as I wrote that last post about NO MORE EXCUSES, the new scale I had ordered from TSFL came!
Unfortunatley :cry:

it says I weigh more than I thought. But, we are going with the officials. What better time to start fresh this morning with my new nifty scale to help me out.

So, my official stats are: 5'8" 253/253/170
Does anyone know how I go about posting my before pic?

I think it will help hold me accountable. :idontknow:

Missane ... Just head on over to the studio forum and there is an announcement at the top about how to post pictures. Good Luck!

I had the same problem. I got a new scale and wished I could use my old scale!!! The difference was only 2 lbs, but still!!!!

Head on over to the studio and Unca will set you up with your before photos.
