:coach: We are :cleader: excited to announce the completion and distribution of our new Quick Start Guide, the Take Shape For Life Program booklet!

This new version replaces the existing Quick Start Guide, and makes the TSFL program using Medifast products even easier to understand and will help you to follow the program more effectively.

There are several new and important changes we have made. Please note the following changes:

Page 4 - The change in the 5&1 plan protocol from 3 shakes per day to the choice of enjoying any combination of over 70 delicious Medifast Meals, however, you should limit yourself to ONE bar per day.

Page 9 - The Daily Success Tracker, another tool to help you track your meals from day to day – you may make multiple copies of this page and make a little record book or use the fabulous MakeMeThinner Journal http://www.makemethinner.com/files/MMT% ... ournal.xls

Page 10 - The new and improved (streamlined) Transition Plan, approved by the Medical Director of Take Shape for Life and Medifast Diet, Dr. Andersen. You're gonna love this, Folks!

Page 12 - The Healthy Eating for Life and the BeSlim™ philosophy have been included for quick reference

In short, the new TSFL Quick Start Guide has been developed with you in mind, to help you succeed with our program.

Remember, your Health Advisor is willing and able to provide support, to help you select products and place your orders for you.

The new Quick Start Guide will start going out in all customer orders, new and existing, beginning August 17th, for the next six weeks. Following that, it will go out in all new customer orders.
