Hmmm,
I grew up with cats .. my mother would not let us have a dog. But my hubby is a dog person. Grew up with a whole list of them. I also have two animal loving children. We've had quite the list of "friends" over the years. Bunnies
... I must admit I am the one who brough home the Angora and hid her in my daughter's room for 3 days .. trying to prepare hubby for yet another animal. We've had also had Holland lops.
.. very cute. Now add a lizard .. he was ok
.. pretty small.. a few birds
.. still have 2. Cats, a ferrat for a short time... now that is somebody who does smell and chew
... but cute oh sooooo cute
Gerbils, fish and dogs. My daughter calls it her "domestic zoo". I have found that I love dogs... but then I love cats too... and bunnies.. add birds .... Oh our dog... my granddog is a big girl. She weighs 130 pounds. She's a black lab English Mastif cross named Heidi. She is wonderful.
Now we have a new granddog named Buddy. He was a very very abused dog (only has one eye) my daughter found left at doggy park. He certainly found the right person. He's a great ole guy. a shepherd Spaniel Golden Retriever mix. He's now happily living with the rest.
YOur new pup is really cute. I understand.
